We catered to our very own inspirational Fathers, and Brother who is a new Dad, this Fathers day! We made some Texas style brisket with some Texas style pulled pork. Along with some sides of Homestyle baked beans and mac and cheese and some cornbread. It was an absolute pleasure to cook for the family. Especially since they always insist on doing the cooking. But this year, I didn't give them much of a choice. Despite all my experience in the Kitchen and in the Pit I would like to acknowledge my Dad being a much better cook than I. Don't worry I have some of his recipes! But I had the great pleasure of hear the greatest thing ever come out of his mouth, "WOW, this is the greatest Pulled Pork I've ever had"!   With my father being such an inspirational person in my life it really meant a lot and hit home for me and gave me pride in what I do. With this experience I've had with him, I gladly want to share it with you.
